All reservations made at theHotel A Rena D'Oru are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2 - Services :
To book a hotel room:
Our services include:
- Rooms are available from 5 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.
- Free WIFI access in the hotel.
- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- Daily re-coating of your room.
- Access to the hotel swimming pool Hotel car parkVisitor's tax.
Not included:
- Holiday cancellation insurance.
- Drinks at the bar.
- Anything not mentioned in the "our services include" section.
3 - Regulations
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The balance can be paid on arrival at the hotel.
4 - Cancellation conditions :
The price of your stay does not include cancellation insurance.

)* More than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be due and non-refundable.
* At least 15 days before the date of arrival, or in the event of no-show on the day of arrival, the full amount of your stay is due and non-refundable.
Any stay begun at the Hotel A Rena d'Oru is due in full. There will be no reduction or discount for early departure at the customer's initiative, whatever the reason for departure.
5- Other information
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse to accommodate or to expel any person whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable.
The rooms and facilities of theHotel A Rena D'Oru are in normal working order. In the event of damage, loss or deterioration by the customer, of the room or materials and equipment at his disposal (television, remote control, air conditioning, key, etc.) the restoration, repair or possible replacement will be at his expense and will therefore be charged to him.
Hotel A Rena D'Oru is a strictly non-smoking establishment. In the event of non-compliance, a cleaning charge of €200 will be billed to the guest.
Pets are accepted at an additional cost and are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel (breakfast room and swimming pool). Please keep your pet on a leash when moving around the hotel.
